As a live broadcasting platform, we require all users to treat others with respect. You may not broadcast, post, or share any content that is illegal, abusive, sexually explicit, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property. Moonlight reserves the right to ban accounts and remove content violating these guidelines.
Users may purchase virtual coins to send animated gifts to broadcasters. Coins and gifts hold no real-world cash value and are non-refundable. Broadcasters may withdraw revenue share earnings subject to platform rates and transaction fees as outlined in their host dashboard.
Moonlight is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for user actions, connection issues, or third-party service interruptions (such as Agora streaming or payment gateway services).
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform following updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
